Additional Charges: Stains - pet stains - human blood, fluids etc may incur an additional charge as they are a bio hazard, resulting in a complete clean and sterilisation of all our equipment before our next job.

Carpet Cleaning Booking Deposit Information
We require a £40.00 deposit if:
The total value of the job is over £150.00
We're travelling over 20 miles to you (or the job location) from TS7, Middlesbrough.
You are booking as a third party (landlord, tradesman, housing agency etc).
You have previously booked and cancelled your appointment giving less than 48 hours notice.
We'll discuss any deposit requirements when you arrange your appointment.
Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your date and time.
